Prices includes: weekly change of bedding and towels, once weekly cleaning for apartments, daily cleaning of rooms, final cleaning service (cleaning does not include the kitchen area or crockery), TV, gas, lighting, water, heating, use of barbecue equipment, mountain bikes, parking, swimming pool, sun lounging area and children's play area, internet wireless connection. All this is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests.
Long stay: if you book 2 weeks we offer a 10% discount on the second week, if you book 3 or more weeks we offer a 10% discount on the whole stay.
Children: accommodation is free for children under the age of 3 who share their parent’s bed or have a portable bed of their own. Baby’s beds, including bed linen and towels' set, are available on request for the price of 15 Euros per week.
Additional child's bed (3-15 yrs): 9 Euros per day/ 55 Euros per week
Additional adult's bed: 20 Euros per day/ 120 Euros per week
Pets: dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are perfectly healthy, do not disturb the other guests and can get on with the other dogs and cats living on the estate. Dogs must always be accompanied by their owners wherever they go, kept on a leash, and must never be left alone in the apartments or rooms. At the end of the stay, the apartment/room will be disinfected with the dog and/or cat owner's contribution of 15 Euros.
Extra Services: -Disinfection of the apartment if the customer has kept a pet with them during their stay: 15 € -For unwashed or unwiped crockery: 20 € -Washing machine available: with soap powder 6 € per wash/ 5 € per wash without soap powder. -Extra cleaning (on request): for one-room apartments 30 €; for two-roomed apartments with 1 bathroom 45 €; for two-roomed apartments with 2 bathrooms and for three-roomed apartments 60 € - Extra change of bed linen and towels (on request): baby's bed linen € 5, single bed linen 6 €, double bed linen 12 €; towels 5 € per person.
Air conditioning is available in some of the apartments on request: from € 0,30 per hour to € 0,60 per hour (please check the availability of air conditioning when you book).
