Rates
Rates are inclusive of:
- consumption of water, electricity including air conditioning, gas
; - supply of bed, bath and kitchen linens
;- weekly and final cleaning, except for the kitchenette, which remains the responsibility of the guest
Accommodation:
- two-bedroom units consisting of double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, veranda/gazebo
;- four-bedroom units consisting of double bedroom, two-single bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, veranda;
Services:
- weekly change of bed, bath and kitchen linen ( in the July-August periods also midweek, upon request and payment) with local rearrangement

Duration:
- Minimum length of stay is one week from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure
.- For different periods: to be agreed upon.
Payment:
- 30% deposit at booking by bank transfer to bank account
.- Balance at least fifteen days before the expected date of arrival.
- Upon delivery of the accommodation deposit of Euro 150 to be returned at the regular return of the accommodation.
- Possible extra bed or crib, on request for a fee Euro 140 per week.
