For the entire villa:
Rates are inclusive of VAT (10%), the cost for electricity consumption must be added to the rental price and will be settled at check-out at the price of € 0.42 KWH consumed.
The cleaning fee for the entire villa is € 125.00 to be paid at check-out.
For individual housing units:
The cost for electricity consumption must be added to the rental price and will be settled at check-out on what is consumed
The cost of cleaning individual housing units to be paid at ceck-out is € 35.00 for Porcospino, € 50.00 for A casa ri Ciuzza and € 70.00 for Gelso Bianco.
Children from 4 years up to 12 years stay paying € 10.00 per child per night, guests 13 years and older will pay as much as adults.
Any other services, such as extra linen changes, pool towels, accommodation cleaning request, additional supply of typical Hyblean products will be agreed with the Property.
"Responsibility against damages": During the stay, the head of the family/group leader and all adult guests staying in the Villa are held responsible for any damages caused to things and/or people, due to circumstances related to their negligence; should any problem or damage occur, they are required to give prompt notice to the property by message. As a conventional measure, a security deposit is required upon arrival of € 550.00 for the entire villa and € 200.00 per apartment, which will be returned upon departure if no damage is recorded.
In view of the exclusivity for the use of the villa, prices are for maximum capacity, any needs that guests will advance will be considered.
Only cash payments are accepted for the balance .
To be paid locally: tourist tax Euro 1.50 per night per person 12 years and older, at check-in in cash.
