General Info
Reception hours: 8.30 am - 12.00 pm
We welcome your preferences regarding the type of room, but we can not guarantee the reservation of the requested room due to the limited number of rooms available. Any damages of any size or type will be charged separately at the discretion of the management.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 13.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure. For late arrivals, early departures or unoccupied beds will be charged 80% of the daily amount agreed.
Supplements
For stays of less than 3 days is applied an extra charge of € 5.00 on the price list per person per day. Supplement double room for single use 50%.
Reductions
Children from 0 to 3 years old in extra bed: free of charge
Crib and sheets: free of charge (on request)
Children from 4 to 12 years old in extra bed: 30% discount
Children from 13 to 18 years old in extra bed: 15% discount
Conventions
With some local restaurants and pizzerias, ask at the reception. The farmhouse is associated with the Tourist Consortium Fai Vacanze, guests are therefore entitled to the "Happy Card" in the summer season and with the wellness centers in the area, ask at reception.
