Hello John, thank you for the appreciation that we do, those who join the many friends who have stayed with us. However I feel the need to clarify the points you made: 1. Each apartment is complete with towels, kitchen towels, dish soap and toilet paper. There are signs but only a sign that reads exactly like this: "everything that is not found inside the apartment is not included in the price" but where there were special needs, as in your case, have always been promptly met. 2. Was not required prepayment of the stay. The booking procedure was as for all the following: 30% deposit on booking, balance on arrival, having viewed the apartments. This corresponds to what is advertised on the site.
