We are sorry to read this review, especially left at 3 months away. You guys were our guests in July, exactly one week after Mrs. Antonella, describing the accommodation in the previous review. Same apartment, same size, same custom made furniture, with kitchen more than 3 meters. The same apartment recently built, so much more cautious because it is also arranged based on the experience (in these years we have always followed the directions of our guests to improve and grow). When you were here, you complimented the structure, gave you our wine and greeted you hospitably even on your arrival, scheduled for 20.00pm at midnight (fortunately we found your voice message where you said that you would have delayed a little). We tried to always be kind and friendly, even in the face of the various discomforts we had to face (damage to the desolded railing, bath towels used to go to the sea or the pool, 2 skimmers of the broken pool ...). We had to ask you not to dive in the pool because, in addition to being dangerous, with diving, no one else could stay by the pool (the dive of a child does not have the same rate as an adult of 1.80). The property was full and it was necessary for the stay to be enjoyable for everyone. Just as we had to put some bollards as far as the mentioned room was concerned: this is mainly a salon where breakfasts and dinners are served, but where it is not possible to sit with wet costumes, for example. For the pool, it is in the sun to warm up well, but the deckchair and umbrellas service is always active (each lodge has free umbrella and deckchairs). Our cottage, not far away, offers a pleasant shade. Services are indicated that final cleaning is included, extra charges are subject to charges. You broke the washing machine but tried to fix it as soon as possible: when it was again available, unfortunately this service was no longer of interest to you. Perhaps in choosing your stay you have not read a few voices and you have probably missed your target, more moved to a holiday village. We thank you anyway for being our guests.
