During high season periods a minimum 7 nights' stay is expected

-Air conditioner/day: one-roomed (6 €) - two-roomed (8 €) - three-roomed (10 €)
-Extra Bed/bath linen : € 12 for person for each extra change.
-Additional bed : € 40 for stay
-Additional baby bed and baby chair : € 25 for stay
-Pets are admitted with an extra charge of 20 € for stay

Rental Policies
Similar units may be assigned at the last moment based on unforeseen circumstances. The maximum occupancy is up to 2 guests for studio apartement , 4 guest for two-room apartments and 6 for three-room apartments . Additional bed is an extra €40 for week, subject to availability and prior reservation.
-BOOKING CONFIRMATION Upon booking confirmation, a 30% deposit of the total booking is required.
-DEPOSIT:30% deposit by bank transfer when booking , non refundable down-payment. To send back within two openng days except any other information of your.
-CANCELLING: In case of cancellation: it will be possible to keep the down-payment valid for a future stay, until the end of the current year. In case of late arrival or departure earlier than expected we shall keep back the whole amount of 100% the booked vacation.
-SETTLEMENT: At the arrival. (No cheque)
-CHECK-IN: from 4 o’clock p.m. to 7.30 pm. (in case of delayed arrival, we thank for calling to give information)
-CHECK-OUT: Within 10 am
-CAUTION: A deposit of 150 € is required as caution and will be given back at the end of the stay.
