Check in: the guests can have their room between 3pm and 6pm. If you arrive at a different time, please call the management.
Check out: On the check out day please leave your room by 10 am in order to let the housekeeper tidy and clean.
Booking: when you make a reservation you are requested to pay a deposit (30% of the whole amount) by bank transfer. The rest of the amount (70%) has to be paid at the arrival.
Cancellation: if you cancel the reservation 30 days before the stay or less, you will not have your deposit back.
