The cost of final cleaning is obligatory from 3 nights stay ( for 2 nights stay final cleaning is included but we kindly request to leave the apartment normallymnte tidy : clean dishes and dishes, the garbage thrown in the appropriate bins outside etc. .... in case ghliopiti prefer not to fulfill quete minimum things we require a small contribution of 30 euros ) :
-for large apartments (Marietto's House, Lorenzo's House and Duardo's House): 90 euros per stay.
-for small apartments(Soffitta a Valle, Soffitta a Monte): 50 euros per stay.
We still require some simple activities: throw garbage in the appropriate outdoor bins, do not leave dirty dishes and dishes , do not leave furniture moved. Otherwise 30 euros will be added to be paid to the prices already listed!
3 barbecues available to guests.
In case of using heating, gas is on consumption.
The apartments named Soffitta a Valle and Soffitta a Monte are equipped with air conditioning and in case of use electricity will be calculated on consumption.
In case of using heating , gas will be paid on consumption basis.
The Tourist Tax amounts to 7.50 euros in total per person.
