Farmhouse between Assisi (about 20 km) and Perugia (about 15 km)

The farmhouse was born from the respectful and refined renovation of an old country house, characteristic of the Umbrian territory. Ideal stop for those who want to enjoy a vacation dedicated to relaxation and culture with excursions and visits to nearby places of tourist, artistic and religious interest.

 

The accommodation

The farmhouse stands in a valley; from it you can admire the landscape that is offered by the soft and colorful hills that adorn the Middle Tiber Valley. The mission is to welcome guests by offering them afamily atmosphere, characterized by the desire to make their trip a dream made of relaxation and discovery of the wonders ofUmbria.

We welcome our guests in rooms with private bathrooms or in apartments.

Both solutions, overlooking the green countryside, are equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend the best vacation. The rooms were completely renovated in 2023 and are all quiet and comfortable.

The characteristic arte povera style has been renovated and made modern by contemporary furnishings.

The farmhouse is part of a farm of about 9 hectares with prevalent cereal cultivation, and is surrounded by a large park-garden with a play area specially dedicated to children, a swimming pool surrounded by greenery and private parking inside the fence.

Activities and surrounding

The proximity to the main regional road artery, the E45 freeway junction, allows you to reach in a few minutes the main historical and artistic centers of Umbria: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi. Free use of bicycles and mountain bikes with which you can access the "green route," located a few hundred meters from the structure, which winds along the banks of the Tiber River

I have been managing Ai Prati since 2012 with a colleague.
As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
