Booking conditions: reservation must be made online, according to costs and availability present for accommodations. The balance is handled directly at the accommodation.
Terms of payment/rate details/any discounts: Room stay includes B&B formula, with daily cleaning and breakfast included.
Apartment stay includes "Overnight Only" formula. Running water and gas consumption are included. Electricity consumption is EXCLUDED, which is calculated according to consumption (with meter reading in and out; a security deposit may be requested upon arrival ). Final cleaning is EXCLUDED and the cost depends on the length of stay (CLEANING OF THE COOKING PLAN, POTS AND STOVES IS ALSO EXCLUDED); for stays longer than 7 nights, a change of linens and a light cleaning will be done, the cost of which depends on the number of members and the length of stay. Use of the barbecue (excluding wood and charcoal) is provided to the apartment only. Breakfast is not provided, but you can request it at the time of booking, for a fee, and it is delivered directly to the apartment.
Entrance to the spa area and use of the equipment is possible with reservation of a specific dedicated Stay-Spa Package: the two-and-a-half hour entrance, for min 2 people, is exclusive, and by reservation (at least 24h before), subject to availability, with purchase of specific package
Summer pool is available to guests staying at the farmhouse and is usually open from mid-May to mid-October.
Cancellation terms: cancellation of the reservation is free of charge within the terms established online at the time of booking. Once the days allowed for free cancellation have passed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Pets: allowed on request (at time of booking) for a fee, dogs provided with updated health booklet; large green spaces for walks under the control of the owners, respecting all guests and animals already living in the farmhouse. Only one dog per accommodation is allowed.
