Agriturismo San Martino

The farm is immersed in the heart of the Roberti family's farm, which for about 20 years has been dedicated to exclusively organic farming.

The farm is about 50 hectares and inside there is a lake used for sport fishing , a centuries-old forest of oaks and chestnut trees, 70 olive trees and trees typical of the Mediterranean. Enchanted, quiet and peaceful place just 4 km from the sea and the beautiful white sandy beaches where you can have fun with your 4-legged friends.

For your relaxation, in addition to the large swimming pool, there are several paths surrounded by greenery where you can walk freely with your 4-legged friend, or go jogging or mountain biking. For the bikes we have a warehouse to store them covered and safe and there are tools for their accommodation.

The apartments all come with a large, well-equipped kitchen and with one two- or three-bedroom apartments depending on the different needs of the guests. All apartments have been carefully renovated in pure Marche style, with terracotta-type ceramic floors, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiles. The colors of the walls represent reminders of traditions: rooms in sage, pink, saffron, light blue and lavender are a way to rediscover the harmony of country life.

Thefurnishings are refined and accurate: chests, cupboards, old glass cabinets and even antiques gradually discovered in Marche markets and restored by the skilled touch of local artisans... and then branches, vases, crocks and ceramics.

Each accommodation gives the possibility to be free and independent: in each apartment we find a living room-kitchenette with full kitchen with stove, sink, pantry, refrigerator and dishes microwave oven toaster bread kettle coffee machine in pods safe and hair dryer. In addition, the large outdoor spaces with exclusive tables for each apartment for outdoor living from morning to evening and relaxing enjoyment of the large park surrounding the facility. Olive trees, cypresses, elms and fruit-bearing alders make a frame of green stained yellow by the broom bushes and colorful oleanders.

The agriturismo is an excellent starting point to discover the Marches and Umbria regions, about 12 km from Fano and Senigallia: Urbino is about 50 km away, Gradara 45 km, the Grotte di Frasassi 70 km, San Marino 70 km, Gubbio 60 km, Assisi 80 km.

About 30 minutes away on foot you may easily reach the beach of Marotta, a lovely walk amidst the countryside and the seaside. For those instead who love to relax, don’t miss the wonderful days you can spend at the pool.

Also available is a small soccer field, playground for children, barbecue. Free access to the lake for sports fishing (about 200 m from the agriturismo). 

The agriturismo is nestled in nature in a small ecosystem, where biodiversity abounds. At certain periods of the year you see migratory birds like bee eaters, herons, buzzards, owls, pheasants, finches, goldfinches, hoopoes, blackbirds, thrushes, wild ducks, red woodpeckers, turtledoves, dabchicks, and falcons.

You may also encounter porcupines, beech martens, foxes, roe, weasels and hares.

The location is well suited to guided tours through the many nature parks in the area like the Gola Del Furlo, the Parco Regionale della Riviera Del Conero, and the Parco Gola Della Rossa and Frasassi. 

Thanks to our specialized staff, we organize excursions, trekking, bird watching, and in particular close encounters with various species of animals (eagles, falcons, vatious kinds of hoofed animals like moufflon, wolf, and others).

Free excursions, with jeeps, allow guests to go on veritable photograph safaris using staff equipment (at the end of the excursion photos and videos are available to guests). Moreover, night excursions may be organized to discover the nightlife of animals. 

You can personalize your stay with horseback riding lessons at an authorized stable nearby (15 minutes away) or access the spas nearby (15 minutes away).
