I am very sorry for this comment of yours as the serenity of our guests is the focus of our attention.
You booked the apartment on a self-catering basis, so it was not tidied up daily, but as said at the time of booking you could have had this service as an extra. Also you stayed for 2 weeks meeting us owners and staff several times a day, we could have sorted out some of your inconveniences if you had asked us to.
I am also sorry that the standard size beds were not enough for you.
I am glad you enjoyed the courtyard as I personally take care of it.
I also take care of opening the pool and have it ready and clean almost always before opening time (9am not 2pm??).
The farm is accessible to everyone and there are many activities on offer: horse riding, archery, mountain bike hire, table tennis, table football, football pitch, swimming pool, plenty of space for walks. We do not have the animators from the resort, perhaps you were interested in a different type of stay.
Finally, I want to make a complaint against you. You have broken a bottle of oil right in front of the reception leaving a stain on the new floor is not very pleasant. I hope it was an accident but if only you had told us the thing we would have tried to clean it immediately limiting the damage.
