Sorry you did not find the kitchen equipped as much as you wished not having an oven. The fact is that we are a seasonal activity open only on Summer and usually our guests, even if they enjoy cooking, do not need to use an oven very often since it is quite warm here in the summer and the kitchen in our apartments has all they need for cooking. More over they also usually like to take the chance to experiment all the typical trattorias in the area so an oven is actually rarely needed. Hope this was not a real disconfort for you.
