These guests have been complaining since they arrived, looking for specious reasons to demand a discount. Staff was sent to assess any problems inside the house, but they were not let in. The external problems reported:
-the lack of heavy bocce balls and darts, which are present but for safety reasons are not left in the field and must therefore be requested from the staff;
-a dried flower inside a vase that was replaced the next day;
-a broken board in the 200m² solarium, something that had not yet been reported to us and which we promptly replaced the next day.
After these reports it was 15 days without reporting anything. Evidently these two guests booked a larger house (for 6 people) already with the idea of demanding a discount, but we do not give in to such blackmail. There are photos and floor plans on the site, so when one makes a reservation one knows very well what to expect.
This is the first negative feedback in 30 years.
