Good morning, first of all, we do not accept in any way that you come to tell us that we are not a real farmhouse. Especially since "the scruffy garden" was a burst of flowers and that you mocked my mother while she was pruning the wisteria that has characterized this house for more than 100 years, that my father and brother were busy maintaining the vegetable garden as seasonality requires, and that we re-did all the dry stone walls, an expensive and time-consuming job. Jobs in agriculture, ma'am, will never end. If you are not willing to see them, don't go to a real farm, go somewhere else, because we will always continue to have the vegetable garden, the flowers in the garden the same. We have been open for over 20 years and no one has ever dreamed of coming to us and telling us that if we have to do farm work, moreover basic if you are an agritourism, we should not keep it open. The dinner you didn't like you ate the whole thing anyway, and the restaurant that is uncomfortable is a 50-square-meter, barrel-vaulted room from the 1500s, finely renovated, and you dined on a handmade chestnut table made to seat 4 people. You also mocked us about the flow of tourists on a Monday in May. Breakfast, consisting of our own handmade products or those of local producers, costs €7 per person. We believe the offer and the figure are fair. Every morning, all of them, we pick up fresh baked goods from the bakery and pastry shop: bread, focaccia and brioche. This involves starting work before the guests wake up and continuing until after their dinner, because as you may have noticed, most of the work falls on the shoulders of my parents.We are hard-working people and feeling we are being taken advantage of certainly doesn't make us smile any more. For the room, about 15 square meters plus the bathroom, you had a discount already at the time of booking, which you were careful not to dispute, and always at the time of booking we made it unequivocally clear how we would stay and our conditions.
