I have been managing this structure for 27 years and the good reception has always been a priority for me, it is not by chance that I have many customers who come back every year for over 20 years. Unfortunately, uncomfortable, unwelcome and rude was the presence of this family (couple with 3 children aged 9 to 13 years) especially to other guests of the farm who have complained several times of their behavior, they were every day all day in pool and on this nothing to say, the problem was that all day long they occupied the whole pool, jumping, diving, playing ball and screaming constantly; the customers of the other apartments were amazed at how much energy they put us, my co-worker kindly had to tell him more than once that for education and respect towards the other guests they had to calm down, but to no avail. The structure that is a former convent of the '800 and the furniture are for me a source of pride, the furniture and beds are vintage Tuscan style rustic, well renovated and not obsolete and noisy, among other things are very appreciated by other guests. Inside all the apartments there are leaflets of events, guides and maps of the area. I am not going to deny one by one the other falsehoods that have been written. Regular guests come here to the Fraternity because it is a place surrounded by unspoiled nature where beauty, peace and tranquility reign.
