An experience of wine, good food and vineyards. We will visit our vineyards in Trulli il Castagno then we will taste our wines on our terrace overlooking the Itria Valley or in our tavern. We will taste four of our wines paired with as many Apulian typical appetizers.

It will also be a journey into the history of the art of pruning thanks to the different tools we will use.

We will enjoy a farmer's lunch around a bonfire in the vineyard and taste two of our wines.

TREKKING LEVEL OF TOURISM:

• Meeting with the guide in the Tamoil service station, in via Taranto, in Castellaneta (TA);
• Start of the path to the discovery of one of the deepest canyons of Apulia;
• Panoramic view of the Gravina;
• Visit of a rupestrian settlement;
• Nature path until reaching the stone bridge of Santa Lucia;
• Crossing of the bridge;
• Return to the starting point of the tour.

TECHNICAL CHARATERISTICS: Path lenght: 3km;Duration: 2h30 Difficulty level: TT=Tourist: Route on well-marked trail with low elevation gain, requires a minimum of knowledge of the mountain environment and basic hiking preparation.

TREKKING EXCURSIONIST LEVEL:

• Start of the path to the discovery of one of the deepest canyons of Apulia;

• Descent to the bottom of the Gravina where it is possible in the flood season to touch the waters of the Talvo River;
• Rest stop;
• Return to the starting point of the tour.

The highlight of the visit? An exclusive tasting of our best wines, accompanied by local delicacies such as taralli, friselline, olives, and dried fava beans.
