AgriCard: how it works (for the tourist)

You can use the AgriCard in two ways:


Classic AgriCard: on the agriturismos listed on this page, where you can personally go to the property to purchase the service you prefer and you can communicate your code to the owner;

AgriCard Cashback: on all facilities bookable online on Agriturismo.it, that is, by making a reservation by clicking on the “book” or “immediate reservation” button. With this mode you will be able to get cashback (return the value of your AgriCard directly from Feries Srl.).

CLASSIC AGRICARD

The AgriCard allows you to purchase any agriturismo product or service you are interested in, choosing from participating properties. You can find them all by visiting this page.

Once you have your AgriCard you will receive an email from [email protected] with the unique code, the link to all participating facilities and the expiration date by which you can use the AgriCard.

- For which services can I use the Agricard?

For all the services offered by the agriturismo you have selected, such as for example your stay, riding classes, restaurant, products, spa, tc.
We suggest you to check if the selected agriturismo has the service/product you were looking for.


- How much time do I have to use the AgriCard?

The AgriCard must be used within 18 months from the date of purchase. You can also use it to book an event after the expiration date. For example, if you have the AgriCard valid until 19/05/2025, you have the option to book a stay/event/service/ by 19/05/2025, even if the event is after the expiration date of the AgriCard. In this case, you must communicate at least 24 hours before the expiration of your AgriCard your unique code to the agritourism you have chosen, so that the agritourism can validate it and associate it with their facility.



- At what time should I report that I have AgriCard?

Your AgriCard code should always be communicated before final payment for the services for which you want to use it. Since the operator will have to validate it, communicate your intention to use it well in advance, so as to avoid unforeseen problems.
For farm services that are subject to availability or require a reservation (e.g., use of the wellness center), notify the manager that you would like to use the AgriCard at the same time that you book those services.


- Is it necessary to make reservations by email or phone?

We advise you to check the conditions of each individual farmhouse on Agriturismo.it. In any case, booking by phone or email is strongly recommended to make sure you can take advantage of the service/product you want. For example, if you want to use your AgriCard for a dinner, it is a good idea to call the agriturismo to see if it has availability on the day you are interested. Similarly, if you want to use your AgriCard for a stay it is necessary to check that the facility has vacant accommodations and that your dates of stay are not less than the minimum stay required by the agriturismo.


- How does the payment at the agrturismo work if the reservation amount is higher than the value of the AgriCard?

In this case you will pay part of the amount with your AgriCard and the remaining part with one of the methods accepted by the agriturismo.


- What if the value of the agriturismo service or product I want to purchase is less than the value of my AgriCard?

You can still use your AgriCard for more services during the same stay until its value is exhausted. For example, if I have a $100 AgriCard, I can use two $50 services during the same stay. Either way, make sure you can use the full value of the AgriCard during the single stay, otherwise you would lose the unused amount.


- Can I use the unique AgriCard code in a reservation made directly online?

No, this way of using AgriCard (Classic) is valid only for reservations by email, phone or made in person at the property.


- Can I cancel my reservation after I submit my AgriCard code?

You can cancel or not cancel your reservation according to the cancellation conditions you agreed with the agriturismo owner at the time of booking.


-  Can the agriturismo refuse to accept the AgriCard?

The agriturismo, if listed on this page, cannot refuse to accept the AgriCard. Obviously, if a particular service is not available for the chosen period or a reservation cannot be accepted, the possibility of being able to use the AgriCard also lapses. To avoid this situation, it is strongly recommended that you contact the agriturismo first.


- Can I also use the AgriCard to purchase Special Offers or Last Minute deals that I see posted on Agriturismo.it?

No, AgriCard cannot be used to purchase offers that have already been discounted. Offers cannot be combined.


- Who should I contact if the agriturismo refuses to accept my AgriCard?

- How do I receive the invoice for the AgriCard purchase?

The invoice for your AgriCard will be given to you by the agritourism itself, in the total tally of expenses at the end of your stay.

AGRICARD CASHBACK

With the AgriCard you can give the gift of a stay at any agriturismo that can be booked online on our website.To discover the facilities that allow you to use the AgriCard Cashback, select an area or region of interest to you and click on the “online booking” filter (remember that you must proceed with your reservation by clicking on the “Book” or “Instant Booking” button: you will get a voucher with a reservation code via email!).


- How to receive the cashback (refund) of your AgriCard?

If you have made a reservation online you must wait until you check out and within 30 days of the same you must write an email to [email protected] indicating your reservation code and your AgriCard code.


- How does the validation of my AgriCard take place?

Agriturismo.it staff, once they receive your email, will check the validity and amount of your AgriCard at the same time as your reservation code. The AgriCard must be active and the reservation code valid.


- By when do I receive the refund from Feries Srl?


If the staff verification is successful, you will receive your refund within 30 days from the time you sent the email to [email protected] with all the necessary data: valid reservation code and active AgriCard code.


- How does the refund take place?


The refund of the value of your AgriCard will be returned to the card you used to make the online reservation, via Stripe.


- How much time do I have to use the AgriCard?

The AgriCard must be used within 18 months from the date of purchase. Once your stay is over, within 30 days you must email [email protected] indicating your reservation code and your AgriCard code. At the time of verification by our staff for reimbursement, your AgriCard must still be valid, so we encourage you to stay long enough in advance of the card's expiration date.


- How do I receive the invoice?


The invoice will be issued to you by the agritourism itself at the end of your stay; there is no invoice from Feries for the value of your AgriCard because it will be a refund.

- Is the AgriCard associated with a specific person?

No, you can buy it for yourself or give it as a gift.


- Can I use my AgriCard at two different facilities?

It is not possible to divide the amount of a single AgriCard over several agritourisms.


- Can I use multiple AgriCards in the same facility for the same period?

No, multiple AgriCards cannot be used for a single stay.
