In Italy there is certainly a great privilege: from the point of view of food and wine our country never bores, each region has its own gastronomic heritage, made of typical dishes and wines of their own production. Perhaps this is the reason why - especially in the autumn period - more and more people leave for the so-called "food and wine holiday".

Food and Wine Days: our initiative for lovers of taste

For those who love to travel to discover the local culinary traditions we have decided to organize the Days of Food and Wine: from September 27 to November 30, only in the participating farms, the sale of farm products and food and wine activities will be discounted by 20%!

During the Food and Wine Days, perfumes and tastes will become the protagonists of your travel itineraries and will guide you to discover the rural territory, its art, its culture and its history, from a new pleasant point of view!

Partecipating farmhouses

What have in store for you the farms that have decided to participate in the initiative?

Two of them have already told us what they have in mind for their guests. For example, at the agriturismo Degli Olivi di Levanto (La Spezia) it will be possible to participate in typical lunches and dinners. In this way you can walk far and wide through the Cinque Terre National Park, visit Levanto and the entire Ligurian Riviera and return to the farm to immerse yourself in the local culinary tradition.

In Tuscany, from Podere Santissima Annunziata in San Vincenzo (Livorno), Food and wine Days are focused on oil. The farm has been included in the guide FLOS OLEI among the 500 best oil mills in the world and throughout the month of October offers guided tours of the old oil mill and mini-courses on how to taste the new oil.

The restaurant of Podere Santissima Annunziata - always at the same time - offers its guests dishes combined with different varieties of freshly pressed organic extra virgin olive oil, with special tasting guide included!
