MINIMUM STAYS:
- 3 nights: in some periods it is possible to stay also for only 2 nights (for an extra charge).
- 6-7 nights: from 20th July to 24th August 2024 only weekly stays starting on Saturday or Sunday (except "last minute" or long stays, to be agreed).
- 4-5 nights: in some periods of the year stays of at least 4 or 5 nights are required (or even shorter, but with slightly increased rates).
* Possible discounts for long stays. In some season it is possible to ask for the "Exclusive use" formula which allows you to rent the entire property (for at least 20-30 beds).

EXTRA to pay on site:
MANDATORY:
- Final cleaning (no kitchenette) + bed & bath linen supply (mandatory) = 50 € flat rate (for small apartments) - 60 € (for mid size), 70 € (for large) and 85 € (for Extra large - 3 bedrooms).
OPTIONAL:
- Additional beds (in addition to those already agreed in the booking - Minimum 3 nights): regular Bed = 20 €/night - Crib/cot with sides (1,35 m.) = 10 €/night;
- Electricity (air conditioning / or additional electric heating, etc.) = 0,60 €/Kw (see general electricity meter in the apartment);
- Heating with radiator (optional) = 15 €/night for large apartments - 10 €/night for mid-size and small ones (with chrono-thermostats programmed between 20° and 21.5°) - free for those who prefer the formula "all wood" (indipendently using fireplaces or wood stoves with fire-glass - where existing);
- Kitchenette cleaning on departure = 20 € flat rate (40-50 € for apartments used as Meeting room);
- Bed linen and towels provided weekly (any further changes required have a separate charge);
- Washing machine in common use = 5.00 € per wash (no soaps and detergents included).
- Pets = 30 € flat rate per animal (only by agreement and small size);
- Mountain bikes (only upon prior request and if available) = 12 €/day and 60 €/week (-50% reduction for "indoor" use: inside the farmhouse & to the supermarket).
- Additional house cleaning (only by prior arrangement) = 18 €/hour;
N.B. Costs do not include breakfast or meals (not available inside the property - many possibility just outside the farm house);

Reservations: for bookings a non-refundable "deposit" of 30% of the entire amount is required (only for the Peak Season an additional deposit of 20% will be required within 21 days before arrival).
Balance is required upon arrival (relating to the booked stay, only in cash or advance payment by bank transfer at least 10 days in advance - to be agreed with the owners).

small GLAMPING AREA (Glamour Camping)
Possibility of a small area for Caravan & Camper: (max 2-3 pitches - only by reservation - minimum stay 4-5 nights - exclusive use of bathroom possible). Ask the owners for rates and conditions if necessary.
We also rent a charming "Jungle Caravan" with private bathroom and air conditioning & heat pump in a very panoramic area, perfect for those who want to experience a pleasant "stay under the stars".
Near the "Jungle Caravan" and the small camping area there is an indoor area for common use with a small kitchen/washroom complete with everything but essential and in "camping style", as well as some refrigerators available, a microwave and a common washing machine.
