The farm is pleased to welcome its guests for a holiday in the sign of pure relaxation. It's an excellent starting point to visit Abruzzo, green region of Europe, with its wonders still intact, the beautiful landscapes, the particular scents and flavors.
The rural house is the result of a sustainable project. Restructured in bio-architecture, respecting the harmony of the past, it offers spectacular views that range from the colours and shapes of the countryside to the Gran Sasso and the Maiella, in a serene and comfortable atmosphere immersed in rural life.
The accommodation
The structure offers comfortable rooms (for a total of 14 beds), particularly well furnished and all equipped with private bathroom and independent entrance.
The size of the rooms provides the possibility to satisfy requests for additional beds. For single or double use there are special rates.
The structure is also equipped with a shop for tasting and selling local products and a large dining room that can accommodate up to 40 people.
During the day the room is available for those who want to enjoy the landscapes of the beautiful surrounding countryside sipping coffee, tea and herbal teas, all combined with tastings of cakes and savoury pies.
Activities and surrounding
An ideal place for day trips to the mountains and the sea, but above all to be surprised by the history of the ancient towns nearby, by the rituals and products of a fantastic territory.
Among the different activities proposed by the farm holidays are: sharing of the different phases related to agricultural production (olive harvesting, processing of olives into extra virgin olive oil DOP, preparation of tomato sauces and jams, vegetable garden care); thematic insights related to the enhancement of the territory, personal welfare and training of the farm; guided tours in the cities and towns of the area.art and in the ancient villages of the area (Penne, Cittą Sant'Angelo, Chieti, Atri, Santo Stefano di Sassanio, Elice); nature trails (ancient sheep-tracks, Vitello d'Oro, Gran Sasso, Maiella, Voltigno, Campo Imperatore) and botanical (identification of species and collection of mushrooms); religious trails (sanctuaries and abbeys); route of the ancient fountains of Penne; days on the snow (Passo Lanciano, Roccaraso).
For my son's communion it was a fantastic choice. Andrea welcomed us in a wonderful way, in an evocative atmosphere full of atmosphere. Excellent cuisine, local products of the highest quality. A heartfelt thanks to him and to all the staff. Tamara
