The agriturismo
Situated on the hills of Valpescara, within easy reach of the cities of Pescara and Chieti, the agriturismo is well-linked to other towns in Abruzzo.
Purchased around 1940 by its current owners, the Buccini family, the farm can boast important agricultural systems such as olive groves, which produce DOP oil, various orchards and farmyard animals.
The accommodation
Two of the three farmhouses of the agriturismo have been renovated and converted for catering and guest accommodation, offering 4 bedrooms with private entrance, bathroom (with toiletries), TV and independent heating.
Services include: a brand new swimming pool with patio, restaurant with typical local cuisine; stables; mountain bikes, internet access, barbecue, car park, artificial lake for fishing.
Typical and organic products can also be found on the farm.
Activities and surrounding
In less than half an hour, important tourist resorts can be reached such as Pescara, Chieti, Sulmona, Volto Santo di Manoppello and lots of other characteristic villages.
A beach golf course is just 15 mins from the agriturismo, while the Monti della Maiella can be reached in just 25 mins.
