The agriturismo

On a 3 hectare wine farm, nestled among vines and olive trees and run by the Rasicci family for 3 generations, the agriturismo is located in the hills of the Val Vibrata. The owners, who live on site, adore sharing the rural life with their guests.

The wine cellar, renovated with modern technology, produces the classic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane D.O.C.G and Controguerra Bianco DOC wines, as well as rosé wine, all from native vines. The vines are cultivated using organic methods, and production is limited to ensure a high quality product.

In 2 restored farmhouses of a 19th century farmhouse, the agriturismo offers 7 independent apartments with kitchen and toilets.

Swimming pool, with a nice porch, non-professional soccer field with grass bottom, table football and table tennis. A Museum of Peasant Civilization tells the cycles of wheat, wine, hemp, and collects other objects of common use until a few decades ago. In the small private church of San Giuseppe there is an altarpiece by Gallingani.

Activities and surrounding

Guests can enjoy day trips to the Maiella, Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga e dei Monti Sibillini National Parks and the Tortoreto Water Park. There are also tours available to the Abruzzo National Park, the S. Gabriele Sanctuary and the towns of Castelli, Campo Imperatore, L'Aquila, Norcia  and Castelluccio.

12 km takes you to the lidos of S. Benedetto del Tronto, Alba Adriatica and Martinsicuro (here the owners have an apartment with sea views), and in Acquasanta you’ll find a famous spa resort. You can also enjoy local festivals and food and wine events.
