The agriturismo
The farm is in the territory of Colonnella, between the Apennines and the sea, surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The farm consists of two recently renovated farmhouses (one from the late 19th century, the other from the mid-20th century) and a third recently built farmhouse, set within a 6-hectare estate.
The panorama ranges from Gran Sasso to the sea, from the Colonnella hilltop to the Tronto valley.
The accommodation
In total there are 11 apartments, comprising hairdryers, safes, fully equipped kitchens, ceiling or pedestal fans, terraces or porticos with tables and chairs, and satellite TV.
Outside there’s a large, enclosed 2 hectare garden, shaded by fruit trees, native plants and olive trees.
There is also a swimming pool with 2 levels at different depths, a solarium, a barbecue, and a laundry room with washing machines and ironing boards.
Activities and surrounding
Guests have access to a wide range of facilities: well-equipped gym, billiards and ping pong, free-access bicycles, TV room, children’s games, a library of books and films, bocce.
In the immediate vicinity you’ll find beaches and mountain trails, as well as artistic hamlets. In summer the region plays host to a wealth of events and festivals, both in Colonnella and in other nearby towns and villages.
Just a short car ride takes you to Ascoli Piceno, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Martinsicuro, Offida and San Benedetto del Tronto.
