In the green hills of Teramo, rich of vineyards, olive trees and fruit orchards, the Terralieta farmhouse is situated in the centre of a marvelous 100 hectare estate, a few minutes from the sea.
The accommodation
The splendid houses have been restored recently with care and offer comfort and relaxation in familiar atmosphere. Each apartment, of different sizes, has simple and typical furniture with tv, heating, kitchen complete with utensils and bathrooms with showers. The style of each apartment has been inspired by different themes and colours. The old fashioned floors, the wooden ceilings, the simple household atmosphere: it all contributes to make your holiday particularly peaceful.
The houses are surrounded by beautiful gardens with playgrounds for children, swings, mountain bikes, barbecues and private parking.
Activities and surrounding
The beautiful hills around offer the possibility of going for long walk or bicycle rides in the nature. You can also fish in the artificial small lake that is only 1 km away.
The farmhouse is situated in an area of rare beauty: the high peaks of the Gran Sasso are a half hour drive away, while the sea is only 6 km away. The cities of Teramo and Pescara are situated at a distance of 30 km, while Ascoli Piceno is 40 km away. In the summer time, in the little towns of Roseto (10 km), Mosciano (5 km), Giulianova Paese (7 km), Pineto (15 km), Silvi (20 km), Civitella del Tronto (20 km) there are many festivals, fairs and open- street markets.
