Agriturismo Le Rocher Fleurì is located 600m above sea level in the hills of Donnas.
Only 3km from the town, but far enough away to enjoy a lot of peace and quiet, it is ideal for families with children and for walking and hiking in the midst of nature, a still unspoiled corner of paradise where you can spend peaceful and unforgettable vacations.The adjacent farm allows those interested to follow closely the rural life, the animals and their natural rhythms, and provides the farmhouse with excellent raw materials; which will go directly to set its tables, freshly milked milk in the morning, fresh yogurt of the day and then more jams, preserves, vegetables, cold cuts, fresh and mountain pasture cheeses and much more
The accommodation
The structure of very recent construction (born in 2019) is made entirely of warm and enveloping wood ,which in addition to being pleasantly healthy gives the rooms a soundproofing such as to allow a truly total and relaxing rest.
The bedrooms are three, from 4/5 beds each: large, bright with double bed on the ground floor and single beds on nice lofts that really like the little ones,all are equipped with , disabled access, bathroom with shower,wifi for internet connection and TV .
The dining room also warm and spacious has very high ceilings with exposed beams and large windows that allow constant air circulation , heated by a precious stone wood stove so it can warm the coldest winter days and provide a special intimacy.
The kitchen has typical Valle d'Aosta prepared by us personally with all the products of our farm and varies depending on the seasons and what nature offers us,here you can enjoy our salami,lard and mocetta an excellent polenta concia still cooked over a wood fire,crespelle alla valdostana,chestnut gnocchi with bleu d'aoste...and then again our meats,beef stews,roasted kid meat,lamb,braised meat,carbonade etc.....
Activities and surrounding
The farm offers guests the opportunity to follow the animals up close and all the activities attached to them: milking, grazing, etc...
Not far away, the area offers various activities: the Fort of Bard, only 11 minutes away by car, Issogne Castle 21 minutes away, Verres Castle 24 minutes away. And also the Champorcher and Del Lys valleys, with their ski and ski-lift facilities, the majestic Savoy Castle, the Mont Avic Natural Park, the Mont Mars regional nature reserve...
