8 km from Aosta (10 km from the motorway), this 15 hectare farm is run by Alessio Abram and his family and produces PDO Fontina cheese.
The agriturismo, developed in keeping with mountain village tradition, offers guest accommodation in 3 independent houses – room guests also receive breakfast, while spa clients receive a tasty snack, all prepared using zero mile produce from the farm itself.
In the afternoon guests can enjoy a typical local snack with entrance to the 140 square metre Wellbeing Centre, one of the largest in the Aosta Valley.

The zero emissions agriturismo is self-sufficient in energy terms, and combines a rural Alpine design with cutting-edge renewable energy technology. Two photovoltaic systems generate all the required energy and a heat pump provides pollution-free warmth in winter.
Surrounded by some of the most captivating mountains of the Alps, this small hamlet surrounded by greenery, built in wood and stone, offers three independent houses with 8 guest rooms, each with their own bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchenette with induction hob, mini bar and microwave oven. As well as an independent entrance, each room has its own balcony and spacious private bathroom.
The guest accommodation has been developed with a particular focus on disabled guests: the spaces are almost completely barrier free.
Additional facilities include a terrace with scenic views, electronic transponder keys, satellite TV, free WiFi internet throughout the complex, safe deposit boxes and car parking.
The agriturismo is located in the Valpelline in breathtaking alpine landscape, around 6 km from Aosta, in the immediate vicinity of medieval castles overlooking the valleys.
In Roisan you’ll find a Bike Park and Nordic Walking Park.
The Place Moulin dam is the perfect spot for a stroll at 2000 metres above sea level, where the farm’s cattle roam during the winter months. For those who love mountaineering, the region is home to a host of ascents over glaciers and summits, such as those at 4000 metres on the nearby Grand Combin and Dent d’Herens.
Cross-country skiing and biathlon can be enjoyed in Ollomont and Bionaz (around 10 km away) or in Flassin (around 9 km) in the Gran San Bernardo Valley, where your kids can have fun at the Snow Park Flassin.
For downhill skiing, just 6 km away, take the cable car to the Pila ski resort. Around 12 km takes you to the Crévacol ski resort, and 6 km to the more tranquil resort of Ollomont.
100 metres from the agriturismo you’ll find a Sports Centre which is the starting point for various mountain biking trails. 3 km takes you to the Arsanière 9-hole golf course in Gignod.
In summer guests can set off from the agriturismo, climb up to the Great Saint Bernard Pass and visit the famous St. Bernard dogs near the Hospice of the Canons, before taking a trip to Switzerland.
The region also offers a multitude of food and wine events to celebrate local produce, such as the Fontina Cheese Festival, the Jambon de Bosses Festival, the Jambon a la Brace Festival, the Polenta Festival, the Teteun Festival, the Valpelenentze Soup Festival and the “Trifolla” Festival (“Trifolla” means potato in the local dialect).
