The agriturismo
An old stone and tuff construction, renovated with respect for the original eighteenth century architecture, surrounded by spectacular towering olive trees, along the “Via Traiana” which led from Rome to the port of Brindisi, alongside the Dune Costiere nature park. The sea is just 3 minutes away, and 5 km takes you to Ostuni.
The accommodation
The apartments (32-40 m2) are air-conditioned and have a living room with large kitchenette equipped with all utensils, fridge with freezer, TV, bedroom and bathroom. There is a large outside veranda (50 m2) furnished with tables and chairs where you can eat in the cool of the day and with a view of the pool. All around there is a fenced-in courtyard of over 15,000 m2.
It has a large swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palm trees and a grove of eucalyptus. In the property you can spend a relaxing holiday in the peace of nature.

Spaces: the large size of the masseria and the presence of only 5 suites guarantees the optimal social distancing.
Breakfast: each suite is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own breakfast. For those who want breakfast served in the dining room, access is allowed to a family at a time with shifts of 20 minutes each.
Swimming pool and beaches: the large size of the solarium allows each family a minimum distance of 10 meters, while the pool water is constantly filtered with chlorine. Even the lidos with special agreements with the local authorities are taking all the necessary measures to ensure safe access to and stay on the beach. Ostuni's coastline, which extends for 12 km, guarantees more than adequate space even on the free beaches!
Activities and surrounding
The farm is located between Ostuni and the coast, and the starting point for 12 km of pathways which wind among the estate’s olive trees. The agriturismo prepares a range of traditional delicacies for its guests to order. There is a riding centre 1.5 km away, and a safari park and zoo 12 minutes away.
Torre Pilone beach is just 3 minutes away: the 8 km coastline between Torre San Leonardo and Torre Canne is one of the most spectacular on the Adriatic Sea, with sand dunes and thriving Mediterranean shrubland.
14 km takes you to the Torre Guaceto Nature Oasis, an important area of protected wetland which is one of the region’s most treasured sites.
