Contrada S. Lucia, 71010 Peschici (Foggia) Code FG07103891000050759
Just 2.5 km from the sea and 6 km from Peschici, the agriturismo is located on a hill at around 230 metres above sea level, and enjoys stunning views of the Adriatic Sea; when the wind blows from the north, it is not uncommon to be able to see the mountains of Croatia, snow covered in winter, around 200 km away.
The farm includes a wood of oak and pine trees, spanning around 13 hectares, which is criss-crossed by a 1 km nature trail, idea for strolling or cross-country running.
The farm mainly produces extra virgin olive oil and oil and vinegar preserves of all kinds, but also a small quantity of excellent goat’s cheese.
The agriturismo offers a mini apartment and its own restaurant/pizzeria, which is known for its delicious typical local dishes, its homemade bread baked fresh each day, and its characteristic pizza baked inside a “tegamino”, a kind of small frying pan. Clients also have access to the swimming pool and solarium.
Guests are invited to taste and purchase the farm’s own extra virgin olive oil.
Peschici is an enchanting little town in Gargano, where you’ll find a port offering boat tours along the coast to Mattinata, with its beautiful marine caves, as well as trips to the Tremiti Islands.
Also worth a visit are the Umbrian Forest and places of religious interest such as the San Michele sanctuary in Monte S. Angelo and the S. Pio sanctuary in San Giovanni Rotondo.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.
