Children 0 - 3 years old free of charge in their parents' bed. Supplement crib where applicable € 15 per night
Extra bed for child from 4 to 12 years (where provided) : € 25.00 per night
Extra bed for person older than 12 years ( where provided) : € 40.00 per night
Cleaning and change of bath towels are provided every 3 days.
Pets not allowed
The 10% discount provided for stays of 10 nights or more does not apply from 7/28 to 8/31/22
On Easter weekend and during spring bridges ( April 25 and May 1), Mid Season rates apply.
Tourist tax: from April 1 to October 31, payment of the tourist tax provided by the municipality of Otranto is due. Payment in cash at the facility is required. The 'tax ( € 1.00 per person in the months of April, May, June , September, October - € 1.50 per person in the months of July and August) applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights for all guests over the age of 12 years .
A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm thereservation.
The balance can be made at the end of the stay by cash , instant transfer , credit card ( Visa/Mastercard) or Bancomat.
For cancellations or in case of No_Show there is no refund of deposit .
In case of early departure or late arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as agreed upon in confirmation.
