The agriturismo
Agriturismo on sea located on the north shore of Otranto, right near the splendid beach of Baia dei Turchi and nestled in a peaceful Salento country setting. We also grow olives, grains, fruit and vegetables. Our accommodations are all different but equally comfortable.
The accommodation
The agriturismo hosts guests in 9 renovated master bedrooms with bathroom, all with modern comforts. Formerly part of an ancient rustic home.
In order to make you feel at home in Otranto, immerging you in a fascinating history, the rooms are furnished by theme; they are all different, inspired by characters that, in all likelihood, were players in the Turkish conquest of Otranto, just as the writer Maria Corti portrayed them, in 1962, in her masterpiece "L'ora di tutti". Each room narrates a different story and a different emotion.
Since we are located on the sea, guests may directly access the Baia dei Turchi, with a simple and pleasant stroll through the forests, lasting about 10 minutes (800 m). You may even go by bike. Each morning breakfast is served outdoors, on the patio, with local, homemade cakes.

The Salento welcomes its guests in a setting of great, long festivity, offering many opportunities to relax and have fun, even in a cultural context.
At the Laghi Alimini, with its interesting pants and wildlife, you may rent a canoe or go horseback riding. 1 km from us (ideal by bike). Close by are also feasts in the fascinating towns of the Grecìa Salentina.
You can’t miss a visit to Otranto: its Castle, Cathedral, historic center, the Palascìa Lighthouse, and bauxite quarries.
