A few km from the white beaches of Porto Cesareo, Masseria Flora Maria is  nestled in the Salento countryside, dry stone walls among vines, olive trees and sprawling red earth and Mediterranean shrubland. The old farmhouse was renovated to preserve the typical court structure, with rooms looking on to a large central courtyard.

Enjoy relaxation and privacy or spend time with family and friends on the outdoor pool, wooden portico with tables and chairs, in the large breakfast room or the spacious courtyard with sofas.

The accommodation

Tenuta Flora Maria welcomes its guests into a refined, Mediterranean, family setting: 3 beautiful apartments and 6 rooms, all put together with attention to detail and design, finished using materials, fabrics and lighting carefully selected to ensure optimum relaxation. The estate is protected by a state-the-art security and camera system, and there is Wi-Fi internet throughout the complex. The owners take personal responsibility for providing a warm welcome and for meeting the needs of every guest.In the court room, guests can enjoy typical Salento dinners, prepared using the farm's own and other local produce, and enjoy performances by pizzica folk dancing groups. The outdoor pool allows you to relax among the Mediterranean fragrances.

Activities and surrounding

As well as relaxing in the garden at the outdoor pool or enjoying the popular beaches of the Ionian Coast, guests can also visit the wine cellars and oil mills of Leverano to taste well known oils and wines (such as Conti Zecca or Vecchia Torre).

The beautiful architecture of the province of Lecce is just a few km away: a quarter of an hour takes you to Salento’s baroque capital and Copertino with its castle, Nardò the second baroque city and a little further on you’ll find Gallipoli and, on the opposite side, Otranto and the Adriatic Coast.
