The agriturismo

Agriturismo Salos is ideal for a holiday by the sea, in close contact with the countryside and nature. It is about 9 km from Otranto and 32 km from Lecce.

The accommodation

The apartments are immersed in greenery just a few metres from the pine forest and the sea, each with a large portico overlooking a communal garden.

The wooden bungalows have names of plants of the Mediterranean maquis (Thyme, Olive, Myrtle, Oak, Acacia, Laurel, Strawberry tree, Holm oak) and each one has an external veranda with table and chairs.

Thefarm produces vegetables, fruit, cereals and oil and is dedicated to the breeding of animals of low court.

Activities and surrounding

The beach of Frassanito, an ideal place for surfing and kitesurfing lovers, is equipped with bathing establishments, bars and other services, but also has a large free stretch. The seabed is mainly sandy, interrupted at times by small low rocks. The beach is bordered by sand dunes and a thick pine forest .

Salos is also a few kilometres away from Laghi Alimini, a wild and uncontaminated place where you can go bird-watching , horse-riding and canoeing (for hire).
