Holidays and relaxation in a farmhouse on the Ionian coast of Calabria . Villa Vittoria is nature , culture and gastronomy, but above all hospitality and authenticity.

The farmhouse has a swimming pool and enjoys a privileged position, which allows you to easily reach the main tourist attractions of the area. In just 10 minutes you can get to the sea, choosing between the many and varied beaches, or reach the mountains, on the Serre Calabresi.

The farmhouse is surrounded by citrus plantations that in spring envelop it in the heady scent of orange blossom , and throughout the year give colorful citrus fruits, freshly squeezed juices and jams.

The accommodations are located on the two banks of the Fiumara Assi and are divided into two structures: thefarm Villa Vittoria offersaccommodation for the stay, the typical restaurant, the shop and the swimming pool; the Masseria Torre dello Zuvinu offers accommodation for the stay, and welcomes the Museum of Trappeto, the multipurpose room, the lake and the beach at the Fiumara. You can also enjoy the entire Rural Park that surrounds the masseria itself. The two activities are 1400 mt far from each other, that is 4 minutes by car or 17 minutes on foot, and can be easily reached also by bike.

The structures of the farm are located in an uncontaminated environmental context, far from cities and major roads. The lodgings, furnished with classic and antique furniture, are equipped with TV, fridge, air conditioning and private bathroom. You can choose between different types of accommodation:rooms, apartments or houses, all independent.

The farm is happy to accommodate families with children, couples and groups of friends. The property hasparking and freewifi.

In the park you will find the citrus swimming pool (6x12 mt - h 1,20/2,40 mt) shaded by orange, mandarin and lemon trees.Around it there is a solarium equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and tables foryour relaxation and hot shower, the citrus parkwith lounges, benches and hammocks, the playground for the fun of children and secluded glades where you can read a good book or drink a glass of good wine, without being disturbed.

You can eat outdoors, under a tree or in the veranda, enjoying the dishes prepared by Mamma Vittoria with products from Agazio's garden. Villa Vittoria has a dining room in the old stables, a veranda with lounges and two kitchens, to better suit the tastes of its guests. On your table you will find organic products and typical cuisine.

Every morning you will be delighted by a sweet breakfast, which on request you can integrate with salty foods. In the PuntoRistoro you can taste local recipes with products from the garden, also suitable for vegetarians . Home-made juices and cocktails are served at the bar.

In the Point of Sale of the farmhouse you will find the most famous Calabrian wines, the wine of own production, and many typical products made with their own organic products.

SAFE RECEPTION

- The company is equipped with PA (Action Plan) COVID-19

- We adopt automated systems of registration and authorization to access (self check-in)

- During the reception phase, information material is distributed on the actions in place and to be taken as a preventive measure.

- We provide guests who request it with masks or disposable gloves and disinfectant for surfaces.

- The objects provided to the guests are sanitized before each use

- The cleaners are equipped with personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, cap and footwear suitable for sanitation) as necessary

- The manager and staff are adequately informed and trained with respect to behavior and measures to be taken in the event that a person present within the farm presents fever and symptoms of respiratory infection

ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS

- The respect of the interpersonal distance and of the other measures and dispositions given by the authorities is facilitated by information signs and/or delimitation of the spaces

- We put one or more stations with hand sanitizing gel at the disposal of the guests

- In the common areas, the floors, furniture and all elements that come into repeated contact with guests (handles, buttons, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized at least twice a day

- Accommodations, with their keys, are sanitized, as well as cleaned, before welcoming a new guest

- We ventilate and ventilate the rooms before new guests enter.

FOOD AND DRINK

- Tables are positioned so that guests are at least one metre apart, except for families or people sharing the same accommodation

- The tablecloths or table covers are replaced every time there is a change of guest

- Food is served with table service or breakfast box / lunch box

- All plates, cutlery and glasses are washed and disinfected in the dishwasher, including those not used, if there is a possibility that they have been touched by guests or staff

In the vicinity of the farmhouse there are ancientvillages rich in history, archaeological excavations by the sea, suggestive monasteries and castles on rocky peaks. For lovers of trekking and walking there is the route towards the Marmarico waterfalls or the megaliths of Nardodipace. For bikers old roads full of hairpin bends facing the sea with breathtaking views.

The farm is located just 7km from the sea of theBronze Statues of Riace and 10 minutes from the Park of Serre Calabresi. Not far away are Stilo and Monasterace, Gerace, Soverato and Squillace , and in less than 2 hours you can reach Serra SanBruno, Tropea, Scilla and Reggio Calabria.

Every morning you will find Pasquale ready to organize your excursions or to recommend the beach that suits you. An internal path will guide you around the beauties of the farm with a visit to the ancient "MasseriaTorre dello Zuvinu" with its ancient buildings, the ancient oil mill, the Watchtower, the Trappeto and the Museum.

The farm is crossed by the Assi stream along which you can go canyoning, or take the children to bathe in its calm waters.

In the farmhouse there is the swimming poolof the orange trees (size 6x12 m, depth 1,20/2,40 m), sunny all day and usable from April to October; solarium equipped with deckchairs, beach umbrellas and tables; hot shower; the citrus park with lounges, benches and hammocks; a playground for children; a bowling green; barbecue; mountain bikes (for use within the farm); a workshop for manual activities; a point of sale for the farm's products and the educational farm.

Among the activities that guests can carry out in the farmhouse: excursions , visits to the rural village "Torre Zuino", participation in the farm activities of harvesting and processing of products; cooking school, tasting of typical products , local handicraft courses.

For guests who would like to get to know the surrounding area, the staff organizes excursions with a guide in Italian and English, for cultural and naturalistic visits. Sportsmen can choose to go trekking , canyoning , scuba diving. There is an agreement with the beach.
