The farmhouse is 35 hectares wide to Nocera Tirinese. Its land is biologically cultived and all the products are wisely cooked according to the ancient Mediterranean recipes.
The farmhouse has rooms, apartments and swimming pool, where it's possible to admire the plain of the river Savuto and the Tyrrhenian coast all around and the near Apennine of Sila.

The old rural "casino", completely renovated, offers comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished, with private entrance, equipped with personal toilet, with shower or bath and hairdryer.

In addition, the structure has an old farmhouse, called 'Casa Buasciu', also completely renovated, in rooms, each with personal bathroom, which ensure complete autonomy and discretion, reserved space for parking cars and barbecue. The farm has a total of thirty-two beds.

Both structures dominate the valley of Savuto, offering the view of endless campaigns, intensely cultivated with olive groves, each bordered by rows of oak trees, and an enchanting sea, reachable in 10 minutes: panorama of beauty and vastness suggestive as few. The visitor's gaze, is limited only by the immense expanse of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the succession of ridges, which from the sea to the pre-Sila, seem to follow each other, culminating on the horizon, the summit of Mount Cocuzzo, where nature offers with his marriage between land, sea and sky. All rooms and apartments have excellent panoramic views, independent entrance and personal bathroom facilities. The guest will be given a magnetic card for the opening of the automatic gate, placed at the beginning of the private road of the farm.

From this structure it is possible to drown one's thoughts in the lively polychromy and fully enjoy the most varied intensities of green, which follow one another until they mingle with the yellow-gold of the scrub, cultivated with wheat, the intense blue of the sea, the grey of the mountain and the soft blue of the sky, which becomes darker in the weary hours of sunset.
Far from the noise and immersed in the enveloping silence, interrupted, from time to time, only by the voices of nature, it is possible to find one's own divine essence.

Because of its hill-mountainous location, the farm is rich in springs of low-mineral water and there is no lack of undergrowth products, especially mushrooms and strawberries, skilfully used together with raspberries, citronella, lemons, sour cherries and citrus fruits, for the production of tasty liqueurs and drinks, which go well with the decades-old production of honey and extra virgin olive oil and wine: certified organic products.

The farm has good intrinsic characteristics of exposure, ventilation, sunshine and panoramic views. It is located halfway between the sea, Tyrrhenian Sea (5 km ), and the mountain, Mount Mancuso (10 km ). It dominates the Savuto valley, at whose mouth the mighty topographic and archaeological emergence of the Piano di Terina reminds us of the Acropolisof the mythical city of Temesa with its ancient territory straddling the two rivers: Savuto and Oliva, the Ager Tempsanus of the Roman era.
