The agriturismo
In Frigento, a town situated on the peak of three hills from which you can enjoy a 360-degree view over the Irpinia area, this farm, family-run for four generations, grows organic produce and processes it according to traditional methods.
The accommodation
The room used as a restaurant is an old farmhouse renovated with care where dishes featuring organic vegetables, homemade pasta, meats from the farm and local area, cured meats, cheeses and fresh fruit are served.
The three elegant bedrooms overlooking the vineyards and olive groves have a bathroom, satellite TV, heating and refrigerator.
On the farm, particular attention is paid to the production of cherry tomatoes, fig jam, quince, mulberries and Regio olive oil.
Activities and surrounding
Sport and wellbeing at the Terme di San Teodoro spa centre in the Bagni district and in the multi-purpose sports centre in Sturno. Nestled in the countryside, guests can go on long walks, follow jogging, hiking and mountain biking trails or get on a vintage “Vespa” and visit the historic centre of Frigento, castles and abbeys and religious and food- and wine-based itineraries available in the Irpinia area.
