The agriturismo
Careful renovation of this ancient building, performed by local artisans in 1998, has created 2 guest rooms and a restaurant serving typical San Marco cuisine, prepared using the farm's own and other local produce. Surrounded by nature, the agriturismo is the ideal place for a pleasant, relaxing stay, enjoying fine food and drink in a welcoming, laidback setting.
You’ll also find two pentagonal swimming pools, one of which is a children’s pool.
The accommodation
The restaurant, with its two cosy lounges furnished in Arte Povera style, one of which boasts an open fireplace and a reading corner, can seat up to 40 guests. You can enjoy lunches and dinners of wholesome produce, sampling the typical local flavours of San Marco dei Cavoti: antipasti of tantalising local specialties, homemade pasta first courses, mains of meat accompanied by the agriturismo’s own vegetables and delicious house desserts. Booking is appreciated, and vegetarian menus are available upon request.
In peaceful green surroundings, the two cosy guest rooms, each with bathroom, TV and central heating, also include bed linen and towels (changed daily).
You can also make use of the bar service, while you enjoy the tranquillity of this beautiful, unspoilt setting.

The agriturismo is 5 minutes from S. Marco dei Cavoti, 10 minutes from Pietrelcina, the birthplace of Padre Pio, and 20 minutes from Benevento. San Marco dei Cavoti offers a beautiful historic centre, the Tower Clock Museum and two historic churches. For those with a sweet tooth, La Festa del Torrone (The Nougat Festival) takes place at Christmas time, the perfect opportunity to sample various types of locally produced nougat. Summer is the time for festivals dedicated to various saints, such as La Festa dei Carri - The Festival of the Chariots - with the parade of Grain Carts, and in September the Passiata di San Diodoro, a popular local run, takes place.
Benevento is 30 km away, Campobasso 60 km, and Naples 120 km.
