The agriturismo
The Masseria Sardo is a family property of the 700, recently renovated. Fabiana and Gabriella, the two sisters and owners, live in the farmhouse and are at the complete disposal of the guests.
The accommodation
Masseria Sardo is an 18th century structure recently restored by the sisters Fabiana and Gabriella Barbati who wanted to give new life to the family estate. With passion and dedication they have created a place full of charm where nature, history, culture and enhancement of the territory intertwine. Masseria Sardo is a splendid farmhouse on the shores of Averno Lake, (not suitable for swimming) surrounded by lush countryside but at the same time just a few minutes from the sea; access from a private road will lead you to an uncontaminated place, where tranquility and nature offer a suggestive scenario. In the Masseria Sardo it is possible to stay in one of the 4 spacious rooms, all recently renovated and furnished with care; each room also has private access, to offer guests maximum autonomy. Characteristic of the farmhouse is our Agribar, immersed in the greenery of the Masseria's citrus grove and equipped with hammocks and a picnic area in the shade of the trees, it offers excellent drinks and snacks of its own production. The pride of the Masseria Sardo is our restaurant that offers refined menus, made with 100% Campania products from the garden; you can eat on the outdoor terrace, with a view of Lake Averno and Capri in the background, or in the dining room, finely finished with porcelain specially made by local artisans. Even the carefully selected wine list is conceived to enhance regional excellence. As per the agritourism tradition, it is possible to buy products of own production grown and prepared on site, such as fruit and vegetables, preserves and jams. Available to all guests, a large private parking and free. Room details: ** Vimini: large and bright room with wicker furniture; independent access with private outdoor area * ** Yellow: spacious and comfortable, the room consists of two areas: bedroom and living room with sofa bed for two. The independent entrance has an outdoor area with laurel hedges * ** Green: cozy family room with large bathroom, also equipped for people with disabilities, consists of a bedroom and a sitting room with two single beds. Ideal for families * ** Blue: intimate setting, period furniture, the room consists of a bedroom with walk-in closet, a study room with sofa bed and has access to a small terrace without railings. This is why it is not suitable for children.
Activities and surrounding
From the farm you can easily reach the entire Phlegrean area, dotted with archaeological sites, spas, sea and enchanting landscapes. The agritourism has direct access to the lakeside promenade, which allows pleasant walks along the lake shore and allows you to reach on foot the sea of Lucrino and the Stufe di Nerone.

We stayed 3 nights. We did not get the room we reserved. 2 of the 3 nights the owners rented out the garden for private parties just in front of our room. So a lot of noise in the evening and night we had to close the only door/window, and no possibility to us... Read more
