The agriturismo
Situated in Agerola, on the hills of the Amalfi Coastand the Sorrento peninsula, about 700 metres above sea level, the agriturismo overlooks the sea and is surrounded by peaceful chestnut woods and vineyards, not far from places of great artistic and cultural interest
The accommodation
The renovation of an old farmhouse has resulted in spacious apartments and rooms facing south and equipped with every comfort.
The large outdoor garden has a parking area while guests can dine outdoors on the terrace overlooking the sea in the summer months, enjoying traditional dishes made using farm produce and wines.
Vegetarian, and gluten free menus available on request.
Activities and surrounding
Pompei, Amalfi and Sorrento with a boat service to Capri are just 30 minutes’ drive away. Naplesis less than an hour away and, as an alternative to the car, guests can use public transport with a stop 1.5 km from the agriturismo.
Agerola has a long and recognised tradition in the dairy industry and in the production of coldmeats, wine and agricultural produce.
Hiking enthusiasts can adventure along several nature trails of note including the Sentiero degli Dei, the ancient steps of the Republic of Amalfi and the path of the Valle delle Ferriere trail with natural springs and waterfalls.

Room may be basic but the service and food are more than worth it to be here. An hour drive to Naples. also Sorrento is doable with an hour. If you have a larger car it does present a challenge to make the turn off the road to the Agriturismo. Have spent three wonderful days here...
