The agriturismo
A stone's throw from the sea, under a sky that delivers incredible sunsets, the agriturismo offers the proverbial warm country welcome, in a simple yet elegant setting. With an intoxicating lemon grove and surrounded by beautiful gardens, agriturismo guests can enjoy delicious cuisine prepared using produce from the farm's own vegetable garden.
Nonno Peppe Pollio, progenitor of the family who run the agriturismo today, spent his life perpetuating the finest rural traditions: the land is cultivated without the use of herbicides, with total respect for the environment, always with the correct climatic exposure, ensuring the characteristic aromas and flavours of the produce in line with the specifics of the territory.
The accommodation
Perched on a hill overlooking Massa Lubrense and surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees, the agriturismo offers 6 rooms, all rustic yet elegant with free Sky TV and Wi-Fi. Each morning, a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is prepared, and guests can also enjoy dinners prepared using delicious farm produce.
All 6 rooms, with double (or 2 single) beds, are air-conditioned, with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, plus private bathrooms. The 4 Deluxe rooms also include queen size sofa beds. Every detail is carefully thought out, from the curtains to the paintings on the wall - every room is a little treasure trove that exudes the very essence of the sea and the Sorrento Coast.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is part of a 12,000 square metre estate, cultivated with vegetables and home to various livestock, and the ideal base for exploring the surrounding region, from Punta Campanella to Capri, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento, as well as Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples.
The agriturismo is just 7 km from Sorrento and a 30 minute drive from Positano, on the Amalfi Coast.
