BASIC INFORMATION
CHECK-IN/OUT:you can check in at the following times: Monday through Saturday from 12:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 11:30 to 13:00. In the case of arrivals after reception opening hours, self check-in can be arranged at least 24 hours in advance upon receipt of documents from all guests.
EVENTS AT THE MASSERIA: There may be a possibility that there will be events at our Farmhouse during your stay. This implies that there will be more guests than usual and that there will be music until late at night. On that occasion, use of the pool is limited to daytime hours.
MEALS:If you prefer to add breakfast, the daily cost is € 8.00 for adults and € 5.00 for children up to 10 years old (SERVED FROM 8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM); if you would like to enjoy dinner, the daily cost is € 25.00 (per adult) and € 18.00 (per child up to 10 years old); dinner is served at 8:00, is a daily set menu consisting of: an appetizer, a first course of your choice of two options, a second course of your choice of two options, and dessert of the chef's choice -drinks not included-.
May also decide to add breakfast/dinner only on certain days and not necessarily for the entire period. To be booked in advance at least one day in advance if not already included in the reservation.
Room cleaning (Prickly Pear, Lemon, Pomegranate, Sage, Lavender, Thyme, Dovecote) Daily cleaning and tidying up is guaranteed.
Cleaning of apartments (Medlar, Peach, Apricot, Orange, Pear, Grape): It is guaranteed the change of bathroom linen and tidying of the apartment every 4 days (excluding kitchen cleaning) and the final cleaning of the accommodation. The disposal of waste produced in the apartment is always the responsibility of the client, who must comply with local regulations regarding separate waste collection (more information on methods and collection points at reception). It is possible to request cleaning of the apartment (stove top excluded) at an extra cost of €10.00 upon availability.
Pool: The pool is unsupervised. You may use it at any time, at your own risk. At 6:00 p.m. the irrigation is turned on, including the area around the pool, so please be careful with your personal items such as cell phones and tablets which could be ruined by contact with the water.
WiFi: The wireless network is free access and covers, in our intentions, all outdoor areas used by our clients.
Museum of Buffalo and Mozzarella: At the masseria we also have a museum! This is the Museum of Buffalo and Mozzarella, which can be visited by reservation only, with a guide.
Excursions: Every day we try to provide information and support to our clients who prefer to organize excursions. Much information is already on our website, other information can be provided by our staff. Therefore, we encourage you to contact the front desk for more information.
Office Hours: Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:30 am to 1:00 pm on Sundays and holidays.
Wine and other products: La Morella, among other things, is an organic farm and winery. We produce two qualities of red wine, a white wine and a rosé. The vineyard is in the masseria, while the winery for winemaking is outside the masseria. The old cellar, which is no longer used, is close to the office and can be freely visited. We recommend that you try our wine! You can find out more information about our wines by clicking here. Our products can be purchased at the office or ordered from home when you return from your vacation.
