The agriturismo
The farmhouse is a small stone village whose first historical reference dates back to 1215. It is located on a natural terrace 800 meters above sea level from which you can admire a wonderful landscape on the National Park of the Casentino Forests and the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. Being along the ancient Germanic via romea, the road that connected northern Europe to Rome, it was once a hospitable medieval place where wayfarers could eat and sleep. From 2014 it is a holiday resort that offers: nature, tranquility, beautiful trails, unforgettable sunsets and fascinating starry skies.

Lying along the ancient Germanic Romea, the road that connected northern Europe to Rome, it was once a medieval hospitable where travelers could eat and sleep.
From 2014 is a holiday resort offering: nature, tranquility, beautiful trails, unforgettable sunsets and enchanting starry skies.
The farmhouse has four apartments with independent entrance from the garden, kitchen with living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Two apartments have a wood burning fireplace.
The farm is 4.0 km away from San Piero in Bagno and 7.0 km from Bagno di Romagna Terme, a great and famous spa.
Activities and surrounding
The Farmhouse Terrazza sul Parco is located 4 km from San Piero in Bagno and 7 km from Bagno di Romagna Terme, an excellent and famous spa already known and frequented by the ancient Romans.
A few kilometers from the farm is the National Park of the Casentino Forests, one of the most valuable forest areas in Europe within which there is the Nature Reserve of Sasso Fratino Integrale candidate to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Moreover, the Agriturismo is in a strategic position. In about an hour's drive you can reach: Perugia, Arezzo, Ravenna, Bologna, Rimini, San Marino, San Leo, Santuario della Verna, Monastero di Camaldoli and Ridracoli dam.
