• La Casetta: featuring 1 master bedroom, 1 open space with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroomfor, is suitable for 2/4 guests aged 12+
• Casa Monteverde: The Eastern wing of the main villa, featuring 4 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, is suitable for 4/8 guests of any age.

• As a welcome present included in the price, you will find in the kitchen of your house a large selection of our own organic products as well as local specialities, including Parmigiano, salami, olive oil, milk, butter, yogurt, honey, bread, biscuits, fruit, coffee, tea, etc.
• Absolute privacy: no external allowed in the property to ensure a perfectly relaxing and exclusive experience in our little paradise.
• Podere Prasiano lays among five hectares of fenced land; you are welcome to explore our organic vineyards, the orchards, and the beautiful gardens, including the vegetable garden. A large private parking lot is available for guests just in front of the main villa, the access is secured by an iron gate.
