We were amazed to learn only now that your experience at our farmhouse in the Parma Apennines left you mainly with a feeling of confusion and especially of not having found what you thought you had. We always write very detailed messages and e-mails and give maximum availability in clarifying doubts both at the time of booking and during your stay. Undoubtedly the fact that you booked the apartment only one day before your arrival on August 10, did not allow you to ask in-depth questions , during your stay you did not make any anyway.
The scenting of the room, after thorough cleaning, is our way of making the stay cozy, I am sorry to know now, that for you it was not appreciated.
The mountain roads in the Apennines and in any case in Italy are certainly less suitable for minibuses as large as yours, but I believe that those seeking a place of quiet away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy an organic swimming pool surrounded by nature, may find it acceptable to tackle these routes, considering that in any case the roads are all paved and in good condition.
In any case, I am sorry that you were not able to receive the directions I sent you via w.a. in time, and especially that the sign saying Agriturismo Alleluja, at the entrance to our road, was not visible when you arrived because of the strong wind the night before.
