Completely isolated, but easily accessible, the farmhouse has wild animals as its only neighbors.

The hamlet offers a view of the pond, located in front of the entrance, a restaurant, a garden and a terrace.

An ancient rural hamlet, Agriturismo Ca' Preda consists of a tower house, a typical building of the area, dating back to the 12th century, which houses 6 rooms unique in their refinement and essentiality, each with a bathroom.

Fortified court, sec.XV°, and stable with barn sec. XVIII°, all restored with expertise and taste.

The old stable, 120sqm, houses a charming multi-purpose hall, perfect for courses, exhibitions and refreshments; above a wonderful and panoramic barn, eclectic space.

Porches, terraces, courtyard, garden welcome guests for outdoor breakfasts and lunches, for recreational and cultural activities. Thorough vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

The project, drawn up according to the dictates of bioecological architecture, geobiology and feng shui, took into account and enhanced the high energies of the place. Marian waters were used for the building work; careful use was made of the electromagnetic fields of colors, so that the entire hamlet meets the needs of all aspects of physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual life; all to promote deep relaxation and a mometo of purification in a pure, high energy environment. The materials used in the restoration are "leftover" from the dismantling of crumbling and collapsed parts for maximum respect of the peculiarities of the complex and to keep the original energy intact as much as possible.

Cà Preda is an ancient village in a place of high energies, it is in the beauty of nature, isolated in the quiet, immersed in the history and culture of the surroundings, surrounded by remarkable eno-gastronomic traditions, a place of passage for those who from the north, from Europe intend to move to the south of Italy.

Surrounding the farmhouse are 21 hectares of land, part of which is cultivated with vineyards where, depending on the season, it is possible to experience pruning, planting, harvesting; another portion of the land consists of vegetable garden where zero-chemical vegetables are harvestedfor vegetarian and vegan cooking that can be enjoyed, for now by reservation; there is an orchard of ancient fruits used for tasty, unusual jams; in the small lake there is a small boat available for adults and children; paths allow walks around the farm and connect to nearby woods. All the soil is treated with actual microorganisms, so the cultivation is also purer than organic.

Strategic location, passing between Milan and the rest of Italy; close to several cities of art: - Castell'Arquato, medieval town on a whole hill, which among many things includes a square with Romanesque basilica, ducal palace, and castle in addition to museums, towers, palaces ... - Vigoleno, small village enclosed by beautiful walls with tower and walkway, castle and beautiful mysterious Romanesque church ... - Bobbio, a village in the upper trebbia valley, a place of passage between Liguria and Emilia, rich in history and monumental beauty, of which is part of the hunchback bridge, long, beautiful and precious, for history and charm, Roman bridge with many spans overlooking the river trebbia. Castell'Arquato, Vigoleno and Bobbio are counted among Italy's most beautiful historic villages. - Grazzano Visconti, a reconstructed medieval village, famous and delightful is very close. Ca' Preda is also in the midst of a rich array of castles in the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, most of which can be visited, and convenient to visit Velleia, archaeological remains of a Roman city. In the aforementioned villages and some castles, one can participate several times a year in magical medieval historical re-enactments, expertly organized and highly enchanting for all and in some cases specifically for children and school groups. Piacenza itself is a beautiful city rich in history, monuments and paintings that are truly noteworthy. Just 50 km away is the beautiful city of Cremona with its violin makers' workshops, violin museum and its delicious nougats.

The surrounding area is rich in vineyards and famous wineries. Wine producers organize wine tastings in the cellars, vineyard events, outings, and lunches. Numerous trattorias offer excellent traditional home cooking; you will find an extraordinary amount of typical local dishes that vary from village to village.
