The old stable, 120sqm, houses a charming multi-purpose hall, perfect for courses, exhibitions and refreshments; above a wonderful and panoramic barn, eclectic space.

The project, drawn up according to the dictates of bioecological architecture, geobiology and feng shui, took into account and enhanced the high energies of the place. Marian waters were used for the building work; careful use was made of the electromagnetic fields of colors, so that the entire hamlet meets the needs of all aspects of physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual life; all to promote deep relaxation and a mometo of purification in a pure, high energy environment. The materials used in the restoration are "leftover" from the dismantling of crumbling and collapsed parts for maximum respect of the peculiarities of the complex and to keep the original energy intact as much as possible.

Surrounding the farmhouse are 21 hectares of land, part of which is cultivated with vineyards where, depending on the season, it is possible to experience pruning, planting, harvesting; another portion of the land consists of vegetable garden where zero-chemical vegetables are harvestedfor vegetarian and vegan cooking that can be enjoyed, for now by reservation; there is an orchard of ancient fruits used for tasty, unusual jams; in the small lake there is a small boat available for adults and children; paths allow walks around the farm and connect to nearby woods. All the soil is treated with actual microorganisms, so the cultivation is also purer than organic.
