Palazzone41 is a farmhouse in Faenza , in the heart of Romagna, ideal for large families or groups of friends who dream of staying together as if they were in their grandmother's house.

The property offers a bright apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the first floor of a large country house of the '800, just restored, isolated and surrounded by green fields.

Palazzone41 is a large rural house of the '800, with beautiful original porch and barn. It is located at one end of Podere Saldino, which was purchased by my great-grandfather in 1912. On the first floor was born the farm, consisting of an apartment for 8 people, very bright, all restored in 2020, overlooking the surrounding fields as far as the eye can see. You will immerse yourself in an atmosphere of yesteryear, but surrounded by all the comforts you desire. The rooms are 4: one double, two doubles and one with a sofa bed for 2 people and equipped kitchenette. In each room it is possible to add, in case of need, a third bed for children under 12 years of age. The farmhouse has an outdoor porch, shady and comfortable both for outdoor dining and for relaxing in peace. The parking is large and the garden, of exclusive use, will make you want to stay there forever. at the end of the garden there is a large area for outdoor grilling, obtained near the 'old oven. The rooms, all overlooking the fields, have beamed ceilings and floors in antique terracotta tiles, regenerated inch by inch thanks to our passion. All the furniture has been recovered and restored by us, to involve you in the atmosphere of the countryside and make you return home richer and more excited.

The old beet pit, which all the country houses with cowshed had, has been transformed into a solarium and relaxation area, with deck chairs and refreshing outdoor shower.

At the house we have chosen not to let gas arrive, so we cook with electric plates; all the bulbs are with led technology, for reasons of energy saving and the external irrigation system is still supplied with water from the old well. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mocha, pots, pans, dishes and all the utensils and accessories for those who want to cook for everyone. There are 2 bathrooms, both equipped with shower with glass box and double button for the toilets, to minimize the waste of water.

You can choose to do it all, eating a dish of fish just arrived at the sea, and then go back or you can do it only in part by placing a picnic basket and stopping where you prefer. If you go in the opposite direction, you can easily reach the centre of Faenza, which is 11 km away.
