The farm is located in the generous land of Romagna, on the rolling hills that slope towards the city of Faenza, rich in noble traditions and treasures of ceramic art unique in the world in a rural and quiet ideal for short stays and family vacaznze.

The accommodation consists of 7 rooms, 6 apartments and 2 suites. We have restored an old farmhouse of 350 meters that can accommodate family groups or friends of 9 people and is equipped with large kitchen, living room and barbecue area to spend holidays in company and relaxation.

The rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, some with refrigerator and are furnished with furniture of the late 800.

The apartments (from Mtq. 46 to 66Mtq) all have private entrance, living room with kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor, bedroom in the loft, air conditioning, tv. All apartments have a small private area outside that in spring/summer is set up with tables and chairs. The Suite (Mtq.80) has a large living room, bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, air conditioning, tv, independent entrance.

Faenza located on the axis of the Via Emilia at the intersection with the ancient road that connects the port of Ravenna with Tuscany, is worldwide synonymous with ceramics.

Oriolo dei Fichi is a small village on the first hills 8 km from Faenza. The village is dominated by the Tower of Oriolo, the main leftover part of the fortress built by the Manfredi family in 1476, an almost unique example of a keep with a hexagonal plan, with a double strut (obtained from a square with two edges cut in order to obtain a perfect hexagon).

Masini Municipal Theatre, dedicated, since 1903, to the tenor Angelo Masini who lived in Faenza until his death in 1926.

Museo Nazionale dell'Età Neoclassica in Romagna in Palazzo Milzetti is the richest and most complete example of that elegant architectural and decorative civilization that flourished in the Neoclassical period in Faenza, making it a small capital of taste. Count Nicola Milzetti started the construction in 1792 using the architect Giuseppe Pistocchi from Faenza. His son Francesco continued the work by entrusting them to the architect Giovanni Antonio Antolini of Castel Bolognese and the painter Felice Giani who created the beautiful decorations working in the building with the help of his workshop until 1805.

Pinacoteca Comunale is the oldest museum in the city. It houses a rich collection of works, mainly paintings, divided into two sections: the Ancient Section which presents a wide overview of Faenza's art from the Roman age to the end of the 18th century and the Modern Art Gallery with works from the 19th and 20th centuries, grouped according to schools and historical stylistic trends.
