The farmhouse is located a short distance from Rimini andis situated within an active farm. Two recently renovated farmhousesoffer hospitality in rooms, also communicating, with all comforts.

In the garden of the structure, at guests' disposal, there is a large panoramic swimming pool and a play ground for children.

Situated a short distance from Rimini and located within an active farm, the agriturismo is housed in two typical farmhouses recently renovated and furnished with period furniture. The structure is able to offer hospitality in the best tradition of Romagna, even to large families, given the availability of communicating rooms . Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar and bathroom with shower.
The rich buffet breakfast is based
on cakes, fruit tarts and homemade bread with products of the farm.

Guests can enjoy the large panoramic swimming pool overlooking the Adriatic coast and equipped with sun
beds, deckchairs and umbrellas
. In front of the swimming pool there is a playground
immersed in the shady pine forest, ideal for enjoying the coolness even in the hottest months, comfortably lying in hammocks. The fruit

you to pick cherries, peaches, apricots, plums and figs directly from the tree.

The central location of the farmhouse allows you to easily reach in a very short time places of artistic and cultural interest such as: Santarcangelo di Romagna, Rimini, Verucchio, San Leo, San Marino and Urbino, as well as the famous amusement parks of Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia and Aquafan.
For sports lovers, there is the possibility to use the mountain bikes provided by the farmhouse for trips in the hinterland of Romagna.

The farm is run directly by the Pesaresi family and produces two excellent products:

- Extra virgin olive oil: The extra virgin olive oil, particularly valuable because tasty and at the same time with low acidity, is produced from olives and frantoio leccino, whose collection is done entirely by hand and not a fall and the milling takes place no later than the day after collection, thus avoiding unpleasant maceration of the fruit, the limited production guarantees the highest quality.

- SangioveseSuperiore D.O.C.Sangiovese Superiore D.O.C. "Silvano", so called in memory of the head of the family who strongly wanted this splendid estate that his sons manage in the spirit of excellence that Silvano always had as a guide in all the things he did, is a special wine, born in the countryside from the idea of Roberto and Tonino to produce a Sangiovese di romagna to drink without commitment, but at the same time appreciate as an important superior different from the usual. Two different vineyards have been selected that have the ideal characteristics to achieve this ambitious goal and the harvest is carried out strictly by hand in small crates. The intense scent of summer fruit and fine spices that pervades the nose as soon as "Silvano" is poured into the glass is the best prelude to the true symphony of flavors that occurs with the first taste and that is prolonged in the mouth thanks to the remarkable persistence.
