Immersed in the tranquility of the Agro Aquileiese, the agritourism is located close to the route of the Italian-Austrian Alpe Adria Radweg and just a few meters from the bike path that connects Aquileia to Grado.

The agritourism has rooms, apartments, pitches in the equipped camper area, swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field, gym and free bike rental (reserved for guests of the rooms and apartments) that make for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the beautiful natural setting of the Bassa Friulana.

The accommodation

The completely renovated rooms of the Agriturismo "Ai Due Leoni" will welcome the guest in a pleasant environment with exposed beams and functional and comfortable furniture offering a beautiful view of the garden.The different types of rooms are designed to meet the needs of families, couples or individual travelers . All rooms offer air conditioning/heating, satellite television, Wi-Fi connection, refrigerator and private bathroom.In the rooms, buffet breakfast is always included in the price and includes sweet and savory.The cakes are homemade. We also have a common room with washer and dryer (extra charge).Seasonal opening from March to October.

Recently renovatedapartments for a vacation or business near the sea of Grado in the name of relaxation and tranquility immersed in the countryside.Obtained by renovating an old farmhouse, they preserve the exposed bricks and old beams.The apartments are functional, refined in every detail, to ensure maximum comfort. They are located on the ground and second floor and have various sizes (from 40 sqm to 55 sqm). Those on the ground floor have two bedrooms and are all on the same level while those on the second floor have one bedroom and have a spectacular loft where the second bedroom is located. All apartments overlook the pool within the inner courtyard. The furnishings are a mix of modern and rustic elements. All apartments have: large kitchen/living room with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, satellite TV, table and chairs, sofa (except apartment for 2 people); bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, sink), bedroom (double bed or single), outdoor terrace, heating/air conditioning, WI-FI, bed linen, towels.Pets are welcome with a small extra charge. Not included in the equipment: kitchen table cloths, cleaning products. We also have a common room with washing machine and dryer (extra charge). Open 365 days a year.
